Foundation welcomes new board members
Earlier this month the Paoli Hospital Foundation welcomed three new board members—Marina Dikos, Katharine (Kate) Murphy and Alessandra Nicolas. Marina Dikos is Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Morgan Properties where she is responsible for all accounting and reporting functions for the company. She leads the accounting teams in King of Prussia, Rochester, and Boca Raton. Kate Murphy is a community volunteer currently serving as Vice Chair of the Easttown Township Republican Committee and a Trustee for the Foundation for Learning in Tredyffrin/Easttown (FLITE). She is also the President and Co-Founder of Everyone Reads PA. Alessandra Nicolas currently works as a Senior Vice President for Aon and has over 20 years of accounting, financial services, insurance, benefits, and real estate experience. Alessandra works with executive leadership teams and business owners to improve their business efficiencies, their bottom line and help their employees. Meghan Sayer, Executive Director of the Paoli Hospital Foundation shares, "I am delighted to welcome these three new board members to our Foundation. They come to us with a variety of impressive backgrounds and I look forward to partnering with them to advance the mission of Paoli Hospital through philanthropy."

There is still time to register for Paoli Hospital Auxiliary's Annual Golf Tournament!This year's outing will be held on October 11 at Chester Valley Golf Club. Proceeds will help the Auxiliary fulfill their commitments to the Women's Emotional Wellness Center and the new Interventional Vascular Suite in 2022.
Main Line Health hospitals nationally recognized for cardiovascular care
All four of Main Line Health's acute care hospitals are the recipients of the 2021 American Heart Association (AHA) Mission: Lifeline award. Each hospital independently received these recognitions by implementing quality improvement measures that ensure cardiovascular patients receive efficient and coordinated care, ultimately leading to more lives saved, shorter recovery times and fewer returns to the hospital.
Nearly half of all adults in the U.S. have experienced some form of cardiovascular disease – including heart attack, stroke and heart failure. For patients with conditions that are severe enough to be transported or admitted to a hospital, time is critical. Paoli Hospital's new Interventional Vascular Suite will treat patients experience heart disease and stroke with the latest advancements in care.
