Main Line Health employee email and virtual meetings
Main Line Health Information Services offers a secure link for employee email, which you may use while away from the office. This connection will require that you know your MLH alias for logon, your password and have two-factor authentication enabled. From here you can access all of your Microsoft 365 apps.
Employee self service
Main Line Health provides convenient online access to a variety of HR related functions through MLH Self Service. You can update your personal information (name and address); view/print your paycheck information; or review/enroll in benefits. These services can be accessed from both work and home.

HR4U, also referred to as the Employee Experience Center, is Main Line Health’s employee service model. Benefits Express is designed to provide you with all the information you need to understand and use your MLH Employee Benefit Programs effectively. Current employees can access the Benefits Express site on Wellspring by logging in with their MLH email address and password.

FIRSTCALL Employee Assistance Program
FIRSTCALL can help you with the issues complicating your life at work, at school and at home…stress, relationships, legal matters, financial concerns, childcare, eldercare and more. Through in-person counseling, telephone and Internet resourcing, innovative Web site programming and printed materials, FIRSTCALL provides the assistance employees and families need to address and resolve the personal, family and work/life issues.
FIRSTCALL's healthcare advocacy services are designed to help you and your family members get the best healthcare available. You now can access the services of a Personal Health Advocate (PHA) who will guide you through the complexities of the health care system and facilitate all possible solutions. Your PHA will handle all of the in-between steps and deal with time-consuming, sometimes burdensome issues as you need appointments, information, second opinions, community services and any other resources to deal with a health issue. Employee performance management system
Main Line Health's Employee Performance Management System (EPM) is a software tool that allows managers and employees to create and deliver performance appraisals in an electronic format. eAppraisal, a segment of EPM, provides performance appraisal feedback in an efficient electronic format replacing the current paper process. In addition, eAppraisal provides employees with new tools to record and capture employee achievements and objectives throughout the performance cycle for future reference and recognition. (Note: You will need your MLH Username and Password to access EPM).
Kronos Workforce Central
Kronos Workforce Scheduler is a web-based program that allows all employees to view their schedules and time cards. Employees in departments that are using Kronos Advanced Scheduler are able to view and request to work open shifts they are qualified for. It's easy… simply log in, view open shifts and make your requests. Managers will then view requests and award shifts.

Computer-based training (CBT)
HealthStream
- Log in to HealthStream
- Your User ID and initial password is your Employee ID number.
- When you Log On for the first time, you will be prompted immediately to create a unique password.
If you have any issues logging into or using the system, please contact the Help Desk at 484.596.4357 (HELP). When contacting the Help Desk please specify which location you are calling from as well as the system you are using.
Alaris Smart IV Pump computer-based training
HealthStream is hosting the Alaris CBT to support training for the Alaris Smart IV Pump implementation. The login process will be a little different that if you were logging into our own internal CBT system. Your user ID is your employee ID and your password is your last name. Password is case sensitive and has been imported into this CBT system with the first letter capitalized.
If you experience any problems logging into the system, please contact the HealthStream Help Desk at Monday through Friday 7:00 am–7:00 pm CST by calling 800.521.0574.
CPR classes
Basic life support (BLS), advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) classes are now available for clinical staff at all five Main Line Health hospitals. For dates, times and registration, please log into HealthStream.

Important Health Coverage Tax Documents
For non-full-time employees and former employees of Main Line Health who were enrolled in Main Line Health's group health plan for 2021, view notice regarding your Tax Form 1095-C.
No Surprises Act
The No Surprises Act requires group health plans and insurers to make publicly available, information on balance billing restrictions, any applicable state law protections, and contact information for state and federal enforcement agencies. The Disclosure provides this information for Main Line Health employees and their dependents who are enrolled in an MLH medical benefit plan.
Transparency in Coverage
The Transparency in Coverage rule requires health plans and issuers to publicly disclose pricing information via machine-readable files (MRF). These files are not designed as a consumer tool. Members are encouraged to use the more member-friendly price estimator tools available on the Aetna member site.
