Honor your caregiver or loved one
A gift in memory of a loved one or in honor of a friend, family member, Mirmont physician, nurse, counselor or other caregiver is a thoughtful way to express your thanks and support.
- In memory of gifts – Gifts may be made in memory of a loved one.
- In honor of gifts – Gifts from grateful patients and families are often given in appreciation of the care they received from Mirmont’s dedicated physicians, nurses, counselors, or caregivers. Once our office receives your donation, we send a note informing our caregivers that a gift to Mirmont is made in their honor.
- Special occasion gifts – These are gifts that provide an opportunity to add a meaningful touch to any celebration in lieu of traditional means. Such gifts can make any milestone one to remember (e.g., birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations).
Matching gifts
Many employers encourage employee giving through a matching gift program. Through this program, your employer may match part or all of your contribution to Mirmont Treatment Center. If you donate $100, for example, your company may contribute an additional $50 (50 percent match), $100 (100 percent match) or even $200 (200 percent match).
To find out if your employer offers this incentive, please contact your employer’s human resources department. Request a matching gift form, complete the employee portion of the form, and mail the form with your gift to:
