In memory of a loved one
A wonderful way to celebrate the life of a loved one is a memorial gift to an organization that supported them as they prepared for the final stage of life's journey. We offer this opportunity for you to recognize your loved one and make a tribute gift to benefit the Hospice Program of HomeCare & Hospice. Your family and friends may also want to remember your loved one. Often families request donations to our organization in lieu of flower memorials. We are happy to assist you with this. Please contact our office at 484.580.4036.
In honor of a special care provider
During your care, a staff member may have gone above and beyond their duty to make you feel extra-special. Or, perhaps you or your family were particularly touched by the help offered during a difficult time. You may feel that a simple "thank you" does not fully express your gratitude. We offer you this opportunity to honor those who have meant the most to you during your time of care.
Letting others know
If you have contributed in memory of a loved one, the family will be notified of your donation. The amount of your donation will remain confidential. If you have chosen to honor a staff member, we will notify them of your gift. This special person will also receive recognition for being an outstanding member of the HomeCare & Hospice's team.
