Membership in MLHPP's tiered network is non-exclusive and allows clinicians to participate in other clinically integrated networks. There are no requirements for equity contributions or fees to join. MLHPP prides itself as a high performing, physician-led, and shared leadership organization.
MLHPP participation criteria is as follows:
Level I Criteria
- Use of an EMR for clinical documentation
- MLHS medical staff membership
- Use of Epic Secure Chat or cell phone number listed in MLH Physician to Physician Communication app
- Specialty/multispecialty practices insert EMR after visit summary language encouraging PCP visit and provide to patients
- Attendance of at least 1 value based care educational program/event every two years
Level II Criteria
- Meet level 1 criteria
- DVACO conditions of participation
