Family Medicine Faculty for Bryn Mawr Residency (Philadelphia Suburbs)
We hope you will consider joining an exciting, innovative, inclusive-care friendly, academic primary care practice! Our faculty members split time between their individual patient panel and precepting with the Family Medicine Residency Program , in a resident-faculty co-practice model. Teaching responsibilities include supervising 18 categorical Family medicine residents, delivering didactics during educational half days conferences, supervising medical students, and participating in biannual residency clinical competency meetings. The ideal candidate must maintain an educational environment conducive to teaching, supervising, and evaluating residents within each of the ACGME competencies. Candidates are also expected to participate in and mentor quality improvement projects to enhance patient care within the practice.
The ideal candidate must be a board certified or eligible DO or MD in Family Medicine.
