Patient Billing - Request an Itemized Bill

As a matter of patient privacy, Main Line Health will send itemized bills to the address we have on file in our system by default. Patients with active Main Line Health MyChart accounts will also have access to these itemized bills in an electronic format, which will be retrievable more quickly than a mailed statement. Any patient that wishes to be setup on MyChart may contact our customer service line to receive an activation code.
